The world's first patented product (IKA Group patent registration) Tube Mill controlled tube grinder is a batch processing grinder, which uses a disposable grinding cup. The disposable grinding cup eliminates the possibility of cross contamination and saves cleaning cost and time. The grinding cup and top cover are made of transparent materials, so users can view the grinding process at any time. It can be used to grind hard (maximum processing hardness is 5Mohs), dry and brittle samples. It is especially suitable for grinding seed samples, such as corn and wheat. During the development process, the R&D personnel paid special attention to the user safety of this tube grinder! The grinder will only start operation when the protective cover is closed. If the cup is not properly installed or turned off, the host computer will display an error message and the grinder will not start running. The grinding cup cannot be opened during grinding. A curved ring seal is used between the motor and the grinding cup to prevent dust from flying out of the grinding cup or entering the motor.
